Sleeping is a challenge on the road with a one-year and 7 months. To keep my self-care alive is a challenge. When you combine postpartum, keeping my marriage ‘fluffed’, my connection with my son, my social life, and my vocation – I’ve really become in love with the concept of drinking coffee!
