It’s a challenge being an alpha mom who is part of the family while being expressed and vocational. I will look back when I’m older and have no idea how I did all that! I manage it all by putting one foot in front of the other. I tune into what is most important at that moment. If my son needs me – I’m there! If my husband needs me – I’m there! If my sleep world needs me – I’m there! If my career needs me – I’m there! Thankfully, I’ve been able to navigate thru it all, but sometimes I loose it, which is just fine for me.
