For years in my 20’s I struggled with insecurity and body issues….so I am overly careful about the messages I send my kids about eating and body image issues. But to say that I keep my weight in check during the holidays, is um, not so much the truth. I mean, aren’t we meant to store a bit of extra fat in the winter to stay warm? Okay, but really.
