What’s more important when bouncing back after pregnancy: diet or exercise?

I was a working out machine!

Hmm… I would have to say exercise. After I had my 4th son, I was determined to get my body back into shape. My butt got bigger. My belly was all jelly. My arms and legs weren’t toned. The only thing I hadn’t been consistently doing throughout my pregnancies was working out. I always ate healthy, but I never worked out. As soon as I got the green light from my doctor, I was a working out machine! I noticed my body bounce back within 6 months. I walked. I started running. I started lifting weight. I started really doing a lot of physical activity.
