I once watched a woman arrogantly walk around play land while loudly yelling “cease and desist!” to her small toddler. She said it so many times, the toddler clearly not understanding (or simply ignoring her) and I thought I was on Candid Camera. Who yells that over and over in play land? Or anywhere? Girlfriend was clearly off her rocker.
