I can’t believe I’m admitting that my kids love to sleep in our room, but they totally do. We let them actually in our bed up until this past summer. We just weren’t sleeping at all and knew we needed to do something about it. We ended up doing what my in-laws did to my husband and his sisters throughout their childhood, we lay sleeping bags on the ground for them. We set everything up when we head to bed and literally just wait for the pitter patter of footsteps. When I hear them come on, I just direct them to their sleeping bag. Easy, peasy!
