How do you deal with stress?

I typically clean everything…

It’s amazing how stress can physically affect us. It depends on what is bothering me, but when I’m feeling stressed I typically clean everything, especially if I’m angry. It’s the most productive way for me to really think things through. If I’m stressed about a busy workload, I do the opposite of anything productive… I take a nap. It’s like my brain completely shuts down. I don’t know what to do first, so I do nothing!
