I exercise pretty much never. And I don’t want to be one of those moms who says “My exercise is keeping up with my the kids and going up and down the stairs doing laundry all day” because I know that doesn’t really count. I wish it did, but in my mind I should be doing so much more. I love doing yoga and Pilates but with recent life events I have not carved out any time to fit in exercise. It’s definitely at the top of my to-do list! I feel so much better when I exercise daily and want to get back into that routine.
