Quite simply, I fail in this area of life. I do not get enough exercise. I go through stages – sometimes I’m a regular at the gym and sometimes I completely fall off the wagon. Right now, I’m off. I wish I could fib to you and say otherwise. I wish I was someone who needed exercise to feel complete in my day, as my husband does. But I’m not. However, I do realize, as 40 creeps closer, that it is up to me to make this change and be the example my kids need to see.
