Getting back at it!

Before kids I danced, played field hockey, basketball, tennis and flag football.  Once I had babies, all of that came to a screeching halt.  Blame it on time and/or new priorities, but I haven’t made space for being active in my life and it shows.  Not only am I heavier, but I’m more sluggish and always exhausted. I also want to be a good role model for my kids and show them that taking care of yourself is so important.  I’m going to recommit to attending Zumba class – the one activity that I adore in my “old” age!
