For pretty much my entire life up until I became a mom, I was very sedentary! I always hated exercise and had almost no energy for anything or anyone. But right before I became a mom I started to make some changes in my diet and fitness. Now I work out pretty much every day-if I didn’t, there’d be no way for me to keep up with my busy kids and husband! I never imagined I’d ever love exercise like I do now. Believe me, it wasn’t easy to go from being a slug to being a “fit mom”-but the extra energy and health benefits have made it all worthwhile.
