What’s more important when bouncing back after pregnancy: diet or exercise?

The power of exercise!

Given that I don’t eat terribly and that I’m still carrying around an extra 40lbs, I’m blaming it on my lack of exercise! I’ve really been struggling with fitting in fitness into my daily routine and it’s clear that that is what’s missing in my life.  Another great example is my husband – he eats whatever he wants (I’m talking 6 pieces of french toast for breakfast daily and banana pudding and peach cobbler weekly) but he plays basketball 3x a week and so he is able to maintain his weight.  He’s a living lesson in the power of exercise for me!
