What’s more important when bouncing back after pregnancy: diet or exercise?

Weight Watchers!

I don’t really like to exercise. Who does?! LOL. Truthfully, I find great success with diet – specifically Weight Watchers. After my first two children I lost 45 pounds using the program. I mean 45 pounds per child. I gain a lot of weight while pregnant because I’m usually placed on bed rest for about 18 weeks. Currently, I’m pregnant and on bed rest with baby number three and I’m already thinking of how soon I can go and re-join Weight Watchers.
