What’s more important when bouncing back after pregnancy: diet or exercise?

For me both diet and exercise are important, but I believe keeping up with raising babies and toddlers is sometimes all the workout you need in a day. Parenting is exhausting! I know when I had babies in the house I was going up and down the stairs a whole lot more, carrying around a lot of additional weight, and constantly swaying and rocking. That being said, I absolutely believe women need to give themselves a break and lose the weight at a comfortable pace!
