My family’s favorite healthy meal for me to make is probably Dad’s Famous Pasta (even though I’m the one always making it!) It was invented one night when apparently we didn’t have much to eat- spaghetti noodles or any kind of pasta tossed with olive oil, butter, Italian seasonings, and green olives. It’s super light and easy, and the kids devour it. I tend to cook a lot of vegetarian meals but another staple is grilled chicken with green beans and rice. Totally basic and boring but the kids love it and will eat everything on their plate and that is healthy, to me!
