We cook together as a family all the time, so we have a ton of different options! One of my favorite things to make is stir-fry, it’s easy and health! We cut up all the vegetables in the kitchen, cook them in a wok with a little bit of oil and than add a little bit of rice, which is the exact opposite of when you order it in a restaurant – right? Usually you get a ton of rice with a few vegetables on top. Mine is a huge bowl of vegetables, with a little bit of rice and I’ll add a bit of protein to the mix if I have some handy. It’s super fun, delicious and easy to make!
