Breathing is important!

I’m actually going through a very stressful time right now as we are in the middle of moving to another state! For me, remembering to breathe is key- and yes sometimes I forget so I need the reminder. I also feel better when I take a break from whatever is stressing me out- recess! Even just a walk to the mailbox can help. And then of course I’ve been know to stress-eat a time or two…
